My ultrasound yesterday showed that the placenta and the baby's development look good. Max is on track to be average size, like Miles, around 7 pounds. Unless we have a very favorable Bishop score (an index that combines the baby's position and cervical dilation, effacement, and firmness) to indicate a good chance of successful vaginal delivery, we will elect for a repeat c-section probably on 2/18 (a week before the due date).
