Happy Birthday, Max!

Max turned 4 yesterday! He had a class party - he circled around the sun 4 times with a picture from each age (see below) and had cupcakes with his class (we made "ice cream" cupcakes). Then we spent a fun day at Chuck E Cheese. He ended the day playing Wii and getting an ice cream treat and presents (Superhero book from Miles, Go Go's and a Scooby Doo movie from mom and dad, and a Gamestop giftcard from Grandma Shirley). Miles got unbirthday presents (two new Rick Riordan books from mom and dad and a word search from Grandma Shirley). Next weekend we'll be having his party at Tumbles, a children's gym - he's invited children from his class and Grandma and Grandpa Mann and Uncle Jeff will come from Tucson. Yesterday was quite busy for him, so it will be good to spread out the birthday festivities onto two weekends.
